We ran a highly successful programme in Primary Care where we were able to lower cholesterol - often to within the normal range - in just 6 weeks. Patient results correlated strongly with how much lifstyle change was made. Most people thought their high cholesterol was genetic, but were pleasantly surprised by their results.

What's more, they have online classes and will now bring their skills to venues all around London should you want to book.
Based in Walthamstow the Fermentarium offers a hands-on, beginners guide to all things fermented. From kombucha to sourdough and various fermented veg.
These are FREE 5K community events for the whole family! You can walk, jog or run. There are 719 locations, so visit their site and see if there is one near you!
FREE personal trainer led fitness classes in parks all around the country. You can get fit for free!
The BBC app is great to build you up to running 5K at your own pace. Download from the App store or on Google Play
Free outdoor sessions combining conservation and fitness. Activities include planting trees, sowing meadows and establishing wildlife ponds - plus warming up/cooling down exercises! There are 100 green gyms around the country.
If you're just starting with fitness and want something that will build you up Leslie Sansone's 'Walk at Home' can be accessed via her website or on YouTube. You can chose your workout time or intensity.
