Support you when you feel you're getting stuck and help you to establish habits that will reverse illness, promote wellbeing and set you on a course for living a life of optimum wellness
Lifestyle medicine is fundamentally about taking the evidence that exists in the scientific literature and using it to make changes to the way you live to improve your health and wellbeing now and for the future.
We will not be prescribing medications, but will happily write to your GP, if and when it is needed, to keep them in the loop about changes we are making especially if (as is often the case) you are getting side effects from your medications as your condition improves and they need tapering down or stopping.
Prior to your first paid appointment we will ask you to complete some questionnaires about your current health status, a food diary and some other information that is useful in order for us to create a detailed picture of your health. We know it is a lot of homework!
But please do fill in these preliminary questionnaires and submit them at least a couple of days ahead of the appointment so we can review these in advance and utilise your appointment time optimally.
We suggest after your free discovery consultation that you book a one hour appointment.
This will allow us to create a more detailed picture and plan for the coming weeks.
In order to sustain the momentum of lifestyle change we recommend having a session every week for the first 6 weeks. This is a fantastic period to really focus your efforts and gain some great habits and confidence. Thereafter you can decide how much support you feel you need.
Consultations with a doctor are currently via a secure (HIPAA compliant) 'Google Meet' service.
You may have a strong sense of who we are already from this site, but before you book a paid appointment slot, it is best to see if we are a good fit for Lifestyle Medicine coaching.

Six 30 minute sessions (£80/session)
Space out your sessions as you think you need them.
Block sessions need to be utilised within a 12 month period from first appointment.
Ten 30 minute sessions (£75/session)
Sessions must be utilised within a 24 month period of first appointment.
Not only is this a cost-effective option, but it is also a great way to motivate yourself to make the changes you want to make. Lifestyle change can seem much less onerous if you can share the highs and lows with others going through the same process. We try to keep groups small and intimate so we are able to provide a level of individual as well as group support
A 6 week small group course (maximum 10 people) with two one hour sessions per week of talks and workshops including plant based cooking fundamentals, stress management and sleep optimisation skills.
We know life can be unpredictable and will always try to accommodate changes if we are able, however this becomes more tricky the less notice we are given.
Payment will be taken at time of booking. Block bookings will incur a 10% non-refundable booking fee. 6-session block bookings can be paid in 2 instalments of £200with first instalment taken at time of booking appointment 1 and second instalment taken at time of booking appointment 3. 12-session block bookings can be paid in full or in 3 instalments of £250 taken at booking of appointments 1, 3 and 5.
Please notify us 48 hours in advance should you need to cancel an appointment as slots are limited and we can offer it to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment unfortunately cannot be refunded, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% appointment fee.
